Certified SPRAVATO® treatment centers treating within the last six months and who have submitted evidence of completed patient monitoring as part of the SPRAVATO® REMS patient registry have automatically been added to this registry.
By registering to manage your treatment center, you are requesting to register your participation in adding additional information to your treatment center's Find a Center Tool profile.
